Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 15 minutes.
- Wrap the turkey breast in tin foil like a parcel, adding salt, pepper, and a knob of butter.
- Cook the turkey at:
- • Gas mark 8–9
- • Electric 230°C
- • Fan assisted 210°C
- After the main cooking time (see table below), remove the turkey from the oven.
Reduce the heat to Gas mark 4 or Electric 170°C.
- Unwrap the foil parcel, pour the meat juices into a jug for gravy, then place the turkey back into the oven uncovered to brown for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
